Foundations for heavy industrial equipment

One of the strong sides of our company is building complex foundation for heavy industrial equipment. To withstand the systematic load of presses, silos, mills and other heavy equipment, the ordinary foundations and not enough. Only reinforced concrete structure is capable to withstand the dynamic impact of technological processes. 

We have a vide experience in constructing such basements, including existing and operating factories with the dismantling of old foundations and floors. Often, we are choosing the solution of bored piles. They allow to operate in the limited space. To fasten the technological equipment, we are using anchors that are fixed to the foundation before being covered with concrete. 

To manufacture the foundation, we are using high-quality PERI formwork and constant geodetic control – that proves high quality and reliable result. We are sure in the quality of our work even under difficult circumstances and conditions.
